So there she was—new in Toronto, still figuring out life in a new city. And then boom June 2023 happened. Grace met Bayo online. Neither of them expected much, but one conversation turned into two, and before they knew it, they were chatting like old friends who’d somehow missed the memo that they were meant to be.
The First Date Vibes
Let’s just say it felt right. Effortless. Like they’d known each other in another lifetime. They laughed. A lot. Talked about everything under the sun, and somehow fit a year’s worth of gist into one evening.
By September, it was official, Team Grace & Bayo was born.
The Big Question
Fast-forward a year after, Bayo planned a “let’s go chill in Mexico” type of trip. But little did Grace know, he had a bigger plan. Somewhere between the sunset, the ocean breeze, and a whole lot of romance, he dropped to one knee. She said yes (duh!), and just like that, they locked in forever.
